Great question. The playing surface is carpeted, indoors. There are numerous racquetball courts for playing net. I can get UTC to provide badminton nets, you'll just need to let me know how many you need. And you may have to set them up because I don't really know how. Also, I was told that Powerade...

SE Regionals 2: Electric Boogaloo

So, last month Elliott hosted the 2006 SouthEast Regional Tourney. Despite being both "dope" and "superfly" the tourney missed a few key elements: 4-square and novice/intermediate shred. Therefore, I'll be hosting this second half tourney here in the city of Chattanooga, Tennessee. WHEN : Saturday, ...

Hell yes I'll host a 4-square/novice comp in Chattanooga.
We can even do it as soon as November 4 if everybody's game.

Hey, good news. If someone in Murfreesboro will put me up for the 14th, I'll be able to make the Sunday shred.
Even though I'm missing the tourney I'll still throw $10 in. Partially to avoid Emily beating up my parents and also for one of Lee's sick event shirts. 8)

I can't make it on the 14th either. We'll have to have a miniature and highly exclusive Chattanooga/Atlanta jam sometime, Ben.

For me, at least.
This wedding is the only real obligation I have for the remainder of the year.

1. I have to go to a wedding October 14. Cannot get out of it.
2. I have no eye for freestyle moves, but I can provide a video camera for instant replays/general tourney footage.

I have to go to a wedding one Saturday in October. I'll check up on that later today. *crosses fingers that it's not the 14th*

Oh, this is just bad luck.

The Manchester crew will be rocking nostalgic at the Family Values Tour in Nashville that day. That eliminates Dustin, Andy, and myself from participation.

I don't know about the hours of the event; maybe we can work a before/after shred with you guys.

With Nashville out, I'm sort of orphaned as far as having a play-off team is concerned. So, uh, good luck with having your team take home Lord Stanley's Cup.

Oh no, Elliott. We'll have to have a going-away shred with the Greater Nashville...Whatever the club is called on .org crew.

Also, I'm all over this tourney if I can get the time off work. (I just started a new job, so it will be a week or two before I can ask for time off.)

Re: chuck taylors

they're light and have a good feel to them. Actually, they're a really heavy shoe. Try holding a Chuck in one hand and nearly any other shoe in the other, and you'll see. The only benefit I can think of is that the Chuck Taylor has a better heel delay than the Laver, but that's, uh, not going to co...

It sure seems that way, right? Every week I tell myself, "just wait for the next episode, THEN I'll get all of those answers I've been looking for." The last few have been pretty tight with all of the Henry Gale drama, and the preview made it look like that story arc will be coming to a close soon. ...
