Footbag just got me a job. I was in an interview, and they asked me to name some accomplishments. I told her that I worked my ass off all through highschool to play hacky in the World Championships. "Well, you're obviously a hard worker. Congratulations! Welcome aboard!" Now I'm officially a knife-s...

Here's me at the top of Kangla Pass, in the Himalayas. 5360m altitude or something. People told me I needed hiking boots... they just don't understand the power of Lavers. ...and modding. http://photos-e.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc1/hs132.snc1/5652_151386221814_509831814_3993652_3228877_n.jpg http:/...

bag size makes far more difference than colour. (Not to say that colour has nothing to do with it; single colour bags are generally the best. Yellow or White or bright colours, etc...) If you want people to see it, it should be at least fist size. I know this is contrary to so many people's playing-...

Re: What makes a footbag event "bad"?
If said in the past- my requirements are music, water, nearby food, and most of all- fun players. Ive been to a few events that couldve been run better but I always manage to have lots of fun. What should people running events do to keep people happy? You not getting punched by Chris at Funtastiks ...

traveling isn't as expensive as people think. In western countries, after your plane ticket, all you need is to do a little busking to feed yourself until you can find steady work. Then a couple grand can last you many many months in Asia or S.A. or 3rd world places. It depends on how you want to tr...

I worked on a Farm in Ardeche, France, for almost 4 months last fall. It changed my life and made me want to become a farmer. I was payed for the Chestnut Harvest. The money was great, but it was a fun experience. If it's a good harvest, you can make good money. I plan on doing it in Ireland next su...

South of thailand is super expensive and touristy (for vacationers, rather than travellers), but I suppose if you want to relax on the beach, spend money, and party, you could have a good time there. I found the north of Thailand infinately better. If you can get away from the Thai people who think ...

Wow. What an amazing hike! We spent 16 days trekking through the mountains, carrying our tent, cooking pot, food supplies, Kukri, and warm clothes. We camped most night, and saved buckets and buckets of money by cooking most of our own meals. There was generally no problem finding firewood, and our ...

The Rainbow Gathering was super fun! It was great to get away from all the money spending that goes on in the cities. It was really cold in the valley where the community was camped, and we did get some heavy rain a couple times; but, camping out in the jungle like that has certainly given me a tast...

Alright! I wanted one of these really bad for a while. I entertained my own fantasies about starting one (I think I even posted a proposal on modified), but I just lacked the drive to plow trough all the obstacles. Hopefully you will be stronger! Good luck! ...can't actually offer much help at this ...

lol, I still love is style (his PS whirls look SOOOO good), but this vid makes me think of Blades of Glory when Will just becomes a drunken mess and ruins all the figure skating jobs he gets... Or the same thing in Anchor Man when his glory days are over and "he's been reduced to ruble" and.. he's j...

Well, Bodhgaya was cool. Holli (the festival of colours) was SUPER fun! My whole body was died blue for almost a week. I was covered in all sorts of colours, and I scrubbed and scrubbed, but only so much would come off. I think all the lead and chemicals in the paint had something to do with it. It ...

I think g-units make styles worse, pretty much all the time. It is undeniable that Penske, Jorden, Dave, Dylan Fry, and other players have good styles in g-units. However, I almost always preffer the footage I see of these guys when they play in anything but G-units. I realize that this is totaly su...

Hi Munich! :( I have a really big problem, and it's getting more and more urgent. When I was in Munich last month, I had brought my 2000 Swiss Franks pay from the work I did on the cow farm in Switzerland. I sent it home (lost a bunch on unfavorable exchange rates from Frank to Euro, plus the cost o...
