I really not sure what your trying to discuss. How is the judging system flawed? Why do you think this can be translated into footbag terms? What aren't you sure is a good idea or not?

I was in the room with Steve when he suddenly had this tie-break break through and it really was magical, and makes a lot of sense.

On a side note, judging circles is HARD
