well I don't agree with the statement that footbag is good for endurance. If you compare the endurance of a footbagplayer and a cyclist, there are huge differences...footbag is defenitely good for the feet and leg coordination and also for leg strenght. you have to take care like all the other sport...

I don't think there's such thing as a "pulled" spinning, I believe as long as you can hit the trick you want, it's all good. I've the same opinion like dc. It's better for you to play intermediate. Your game is great. You can gain more experiences in intermediate than open...But it's your decision.

Well if you're looking at vasek's legs. They are not so skinny^^ You don't need that much endurance for footbag like for cycling. In my opinion, perfect footbag legs should be strong like sprinterlegs. Just my opinion...
