insoles to protect toe players

there are a lot of insoles available, and a lot of people use different ones, but they all have something in common-none really focus on the toes

I stay on my toes when i play. does anyone have any ideas for thick insoles by the toes?

Stitching thread

My nylon upholstery thread isn't tough enough-it was white and sometimes darker colors are thicker.

I went to joanns and they didn't have darker colors, or nylon uphosltery thread!

Is polyester good too? Polyester upholstery thread....

any other good ideas?

Though it does happen, there is absolutely nothing true about this statement. "not isolated incidents. Women serving in the U.S. military are more likely to be raped by a fellow soldier than killed by enemy fire in Iraq." It's a realistic issue, but no more than common rape cases in the civilian wo...

Cookware

I'm going to start hitting up this religious thing seriously, so I need to get some new pots and pans to get myself a kosher kitchen. What do you recommend for cookware. I'll need a pot for pasta, one for making 2-3 egg omelletes, and I think that's about it. I'll need things to stir them and whatno...

Played first time in 6 months, hurting badly

I played for the first time in 6 months and I'm nervous to kick again. How do you get back into freestyle without hurting all the time like an old man. I worked out...
