When I was in New Zealand I found out a couple of things:

I'm a geriatric footbagger as well (I'm 29 ). I constantly hurt myself shredding. When I'm down for a few weeks I find myself juggling a lot. It uses both sides of my brain, and it's a lot easier on my back the footbag.
