I just moved to Europe 5 months ago. Since then I have shredded at the Acropolis, and this month, I will be in Rome, And soon I will be in South Africa. I of course started shredding while in the states, so I have been quite a few places.

I may have to retire, I have lots of shame from sucking something fierce at this sport.

I try to breakdance. So I am always doing hand stands and the like. Plus, I am lazy and fat. Pushups I do when I get bored, but never 100 at a time.

Just a thought. I didn't read all of the posts. But I was thinking about washing a bag if it is filled with steel or lead. Wouldn't they rust and scratch the inside of the bag causing holes? If this is of new concern, please let me know!
