i actually got pixie on like my third try. (not meaning to brag)

i got a little worried so at the end of the week i take a 2 day break for as long as i have to. is that too much or perfect?

i dont cook my oatmeals. but this is my smoothie.. (i just put anything healthy i could find)

- milk
- ice (sometimes)
- banana
- 1/4 protein
-little peanut butter
- yogurt
- strawberries
and if i have other fruit i add them too i dont care what kind, but that was the one i drink the most

my cracking only happens when i am doing dexes for the 15th time or so or after im done i walk around and my ankle cracks with every step for a while.i dont know how to swim very well but i do when i go to a pool and stuff. about the weak muscles. shouldnt footbag be getting them bigger and stronger?

everytime i bend my knee on either leg my shin, ankle, or knee cracks. i dont know if this is normal or bad and if anyone else has or had this how did you treat it and should i see a doctor? (just curious)

thanks. for every footbag i make should it have holes? and what are those for cuz i know there is going to be more stitching than that

it is an atw in to out stall, i am wearing these nike shoes that have a small toe box and i just raised enough money to buy lavers but my mom wont let me buy them because i just got new shoes, i could buy them at a store but i dont know one that sell those shoes

do u have any tips for stalling a trick. i can do it barefoot pretty easy but on shoes i do it like 1 out of 5 times

when i do a trick should i stall it or kick it. whenever i kick it and try to do another trick its really hard but when i stall (when i can) its easier. i just wanted to know from people more experienced than me and what they do.
