Mine came in as well, they're legit black mesh lavers.
Working through the mods right now  slice & dice.

Just ordered a pair via the eBay link, let's hope it reaches Canada in 2-8 business days as they advertise. Super stoked, I've been waiting for black lavers all my shredding-life!

I'm no expert on hip pain specifically, but a whole range of footbag related muscle strain/knee pain/joint discomfort has been just disappearing, gone, ever since I started lifting weights regularly (on non-shred days) and doing cardio (biking) before shred.

Hmm all I get are occasional compliments and "wows" , both on campus and in the city, just from ducking and one dex trippiness, despite not being able to do double dexes and osis yet...

Are the Ottawa folk more friendly towards the bag?

Hey Richard - what kind of weight do you prefer for your own bags, I mean the ones you kick with? Curious! I've been using one of your 40gs from FreedomFootbags for a year and it's remarkably light compared to others I own, while being the biggest in size. For a newb like myself it can be a p...

Hey man, whatever works for you. Cutting out the first eyelet just gave me more room on the toebox without those side-rails, I kinda prefer it that way, suddenly I've found it easier to set/land all sorts of 1-dex moves I couldn't do before... I like the more thicker surfaces on my sides and a thin ...

Hey man,
How does that compare to 12 US for Lavers? Smaller? Same?
I'm actually size-12 for lavers, fit perfectly... But I don't know whether there are any size-adjustments for these shoes (i.e. for the Quantum you had to size yourself up +0.5 to 1.0 size compared to lavers).

Thank you for the attention  Here you go guys :D http://img13.imageshack.us/img13/1464/img014qx.jpg I'm ripping it up lately, finally getting my dexes and toe-related things improved. Still kind of a noob, but progressing in places I felt I couldn't before. Shoes are super ghetto now (no more ...

Bump this thread.. I was also curious if there are any MC bags available (or if I can ask to make) - these are so wicked, I miss mine (it had mad holes in it after a year of basic kicks )... If you are around and still making bags Matt, can I get in line or something? Would be great to ...

Studying in Berlin (April - July 2010)

Greetings footbaggers, I will be going to Berlin on a student exchange for something like 3.5 months. It would be great to do some learning from anyone in the area, since I have been playing casually alone for the past year and still don't know much about proper form / advanced moves. Still got my l...

I only "discovered" footbag at age 22, so uh - if you're genuinely interested Champ, I would recommend using this chance to come train with experienced people, while you're young and fast. That's a whole decade more than I ever had. If you need permission to go outside and meet with footbagge...

Still hooked on footbag, still practicing alone but gradually improving my form/stamina, and some 3-adds stuff. Best of luck with everything, I hope to actually shred with you in the future - ...

Bump Matt's question, that bag is sick - where can we get one?

I was playing in low-light conditions last night and it would've been a lot more fun with a glowing bag.

I hear you bro. I've been hopping around on campus, sometimes in dress shoes, trying to dex an imaginary 32 panel. In the last 3 days spent in the city I've put in about 9 hours of shredding and am always trying to get more. Getting better slowly, that psyches me out. EDIT: Apology if I'm reviving a...

I will be ordering a pair in the near future, as soon as...

To answer your question Colin,
Yes - no one active in Ottawa that I've managed to track down yet.
However, I will try my best ot make it to Montreal sometime in the near future.

Anyways, thanks to Matt, Jeremy, and Roy for the input on this stuff, helps keep motivated.
