The room mate river dance is epic. tell him with moves like that he should be footbaging too. Lookin pretty good! Definately better than where I'm at at the moment. I drilled for like 10 minutes today and lost all motivation. I find myself blaming my bag, because it couldn't be me and all my awesome...

When my non-footbag pals come around, THIS is what I'll show them. SICK shreds!

Its this kind of high quality footage that brings out all the awesomeness that is footbag. Thank you guys so much for doing it.

Also, more please!

Highspeed camera + Anzi + Good footage = freakin sweet video.

You guys should consider something of the like for Anz Trikz. Not that everyone has a high speed camera sitting around the house but WOW. The slow motion makes ALL the difference! Good stuff guys.

These vids are awesome. I'm so glad there was such a huge turnout! Am I wrong in saying this is some of the best coverage that worlds has seen?

I really enjoyed the Top 10 (Requests) vid. SICK.

Also can't say enough about Matt's Supafly hat.

I just started kicking the metal filling and I like it a lot more than the previous sand filled bags I had way back when. They have considerably more "pop" than the sand bags, which, to me, it seems like they dampen the impaact of kicks. I wish I had the patience to learn to stitch my own bags but I...

Had a couple small sessions over the past two days, really hasn't amounted to much progress. I've been kinda busy with a guest at the house this week, on top of work and the usual rat race time for footbag has been pretty limited. I did try some legovers today just to see where I stand. Looks like I...

After years of soccer injuries I can tell you rest, ice, ibuprofin are the sure fire way to fix most minor knee problems. You look like you have it well in hand. Resisting the temptation is hard thought I know! You are shreddin it up man, still super jealous of how fast you are getting this stuff. I...

NOTE TO SELF: give some props to Anz for really taking it to the next level helping people out. That goes for all of the "tutorial" video makers ac...

Whats helped me with Mirage is this: Don't over think it. When you first try it out you have a tendency to throw your leg way up and hang there like MJ trying to get the dex right and that completely screws the toe delay that fallows. Don't knee yourself in the face. Relax. Keys for winning @ Mirage...

Well, I was doing butterflies back when I was a teenager with my crocheted hacky sacks before I knew anything of the world of freestyle footbag. I think it was the only "move" I ever did. Used to WOW the high school spectators. Little did they know that there is SO much more lol. I didn't shred toda...

Mike's Poser-shreds

So today was my first serious session since I was a high school senior and knew nothing of footbag. Its been just about 7 years. Wow that makes me feel old. I was very happy when, 2 days ago, I took a gamble and went to the local Adidas factory outlet thinking that was my best chance to find some of...

Hey bro, I saw your video posted in another thread and I have to say that if I am ANYWHERE CLOSE to where you are in a few months of playing, I will be extremely, EXTREMELY happy. From my experience (I'm no pro but it worked for me back in when I played in high school and to this day) is to do a psudo-stretch to attune your ankles to being at that strange angle. This may sounds like some BS but give it a try. Throw some shoes on and take a seat somewhere. Crank your ankle to ...

Hey everyone! Just sayin hey, and intoducing myself, as you may see me on the forums a bit now. Name's Mike. Been a kicker since I was knee high to a grasshopper. I first got exposure to the freestyle footbag scene back when I was in high school and was blown away by all I saw. Then life happened, I...
