Hopefully, Last of the Perma Indoors
Boyle: Yee. Super strange times. Glad I got to do some proper living pre-pandemic. Not much of Quantum-er, only came close doing Frantic. Would prefer to be concrete at Atomics vs moderate at 2 high energy sets. Erik: Appreciated. Not one to say I’m naturally talented when it comes to nearly anythin...

Re: TMNT Have Nothing On This Shredder
Boyle: Yeah, big time. But exactly, the gradual build pays off a lot more than eagerly rushing into things. Toolan: Yeah, all my current 32’s are 4’s. Even the one you copped at NYJ. Brian talked about a few 4’s he made, and Cale(or maybe Ivan) did a 5. Cale has mentioned doing 7 on a single Hex to ...

These Days
Boyle: Taken proper measures to make sure things don't get too poopy. And yeah, been gradually introducing Atomics into and out of harder tricks. Toolan: Didn't actually make a lot of bags overall, especially compared to previous years, but 4 stitch 32's are dreadful. Not sure how anyone stays up on...
Re: Fanzine
The key term isn’t heaviness, but density of fill. Bags I make are always around 64G, but with things like lead, compared to steel, it will feel heavier only cause it’s more dense. Have a bag that’s 67G steel and feels light and fluffy after using a 63G lead bag. Thought I preferred heavy bags too, ...
Re: Fanzine
Shucks about the bag, but I knew this would happen. Mwahahaha. Honestly, surprised you were able to shred it hard that many times. Sorry to make you my guinea pig. Those were my actual first attempts with lead, and now I don’t make them as large/loose(much deeper bite).

Re: TMNT Have Nothing On This Shredder
Things have been super slow during our 2nd lockdown, that started after Xmas. Experience from round 1 definitely showed the level ups. Free time. The downstairs neighbors still haven’t flinched on all the shred, so that’s hype. Especially given all the Atomic work I’ve been doing. Heh-heh. Stompy-st...

Re: Spooky Shred Off
That would be the easiest. There’s a hashtag that TheParadoxSymposium came up with(I don’t know it), to make IG uploads easier. But I think YouTube is best, as then a playlist can be made of all the 2 entries.

Re: Worst Shorthand Names
Dan: Any term that you find very.... odd, would be the criteria. Backside Smear is a top one. Though, I personally refuse to use terms like “backside”, and “frontside” for similar reasons. Ooh, I remember those threads. Good reads. TJ: When in doubt, Ken it out. Ken: That’s fantastic. My vendetta we...

Worst Shorthand Names
Who the fuck came up with calling ss Atomic sets “tapping”, when a trick, tap, already exists? Has to be one of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard. If I hit Tapping Legover, that’s Atomic ss DLO, not Atomic ss Leg. Understand this may apply to Blazing, and Slapping, but I don’t know much about those...

Re: TMNT Have Nothing On This Shredder
Virtual Worlds Write-Up Timely tradition of the Worlds post, seems this is the 3rd of the page. Not going to be vomiting as many words onto the page, but have a few things to share. This event was pretty hype, and I almost completely passed on doing Shred-Off. Given I typically film my sessions, an...

Re: Worlds Online routine qualification - Open and Intermediate
Yuji is intermediate, Ken posted Yoshi. The other half of the LA Classic duo.
Edit: Seems to be some debate on Yoshi’s artistic value(Discord). Non-Footbag movements aside, I still find it top-notch to the max.

Re: TMNT Have Nothing On This Shredder
Erik: It also didn't help that that was one of the more poorly attended Worlds in recent history. To me, seems the general vibe of going to Worlds for a lot is for travel purposes. Also, Finns, Germans, and French peeps are super respectful about net/support their native team. Which I obviously find...

Re: TMNT Have Nothing On This Shredder
Something Short and Nonsensical Need to puke my opinions on competing/why I even play Footbag/things no one cares about. My gut was telling me to scratch from everything I competed in, but I didn't listen and ended up having a bad time. I utterly hate comp, that's never been my reason for playing, a...

Some Canada
Pretty graphic song from an artist from Sac. One of the first CDs I owned. (1st was Murphy Lee)
Zach is in Edmonton, so Cass and I did some shred while making dinner.
