Update: A month has passed and it turns out it was a very bad sprain. A week ago I was able to walk without a limp, and I still can't run. Haven't attempted footbag or disc golf, except to putt. It's still slightly swollen in a couple places, and I get pain by my Achilles tendon when I overexert it....

Disc golf is the poopy. Glad to see some other footbaggers play. I was already golfing at a pro level when I found footbag freestyle, so it was hard to start from scratch in a new sport. Very humbling, but good for me.

Ok, I'll stop sidetracking this blog now.

Sprained right ankle on 4/20(!). Gonna give it lots of time to heal correctly, because between disc golf and footbag, that ankle is very important to me.
