I thought my hip flexor injury had healed after a week and a half, so I went out to get back into things and 20 minutes later - pain again! This is hands down the worst injury I've ever had. Not because of the pain, but because I can't improve if I get injured as soon as I begin. I am doing all sort...

I am not anywhere near clipper (haven't even got 10+ inside kicks). Anyway, my hip pain has subsided. I usually train atw for half an hour straight, trying to break personal records (and I always do, because I don't allow myself to stop until I do). My atw training is roughly as follows >break stron...

I am only doing atw both feet/both ways pickup/legover both feet. Haven't trained since Thursday at least - sucks hard. edit: Also I have a quick question: Did you always train 4 hours a day, since the beginning? Because I do the same (4 one hour trainings, 5-7 days a week [sometimes I take the week...

I am starting to get an audible pop in my right hip (doesn't hurt), is that a bad sign?

My hips are so annoying: one pops, the other has hip flexor pains (have been doing all sorts of stretches) - all I want to do is train!

A Few Questions About Lavers

1. Where is the cheapest place to buy them (online), other then eBay (I have seen them on WorldFootbag for $49.95)?

2. What is the best model to buy?

3. Where can I find a step-by-step guide to modifying them (I've searched Modified and have only found dead links)?

Okay, thanks.
I will be doing lunges through out the day, but right it is not very serious pain - so hopefully it will heal quicker.

I have become fairly consistent at both sides/both ways atws, but now when I lift my left (weak) leg I get a pain in my left hip; it is not a "serious" pain, but it definitely hurts. Should I play through it (I did today - trained 2 hours, 4 yesterday) or rest? I am against resting, however, and wou...

I do not think football freestyle builds as much mass in the legs, because there are different areas (uppers). I used to be able to do 3 rev. (dex) tricks two years ago, and I have small legs. Pawel Skora, however, has tree trunk thighs.

I've heard that Vasek Klouda trains 8 hours a day. Is that why his right leg is huge?

Is it okay to practice in socks every now and then? This makes my atws feel so much smoother and controlled.

Perfect Practice?

I began footbag almost two weeks ago and my goal is to become a top player in time. Coming form Freestyle Football, where I had reached an advanced level after only three months (and by that I mean I became consistent at maybe the 2nd hardest trick), I know things might not be that easy. I currently...

What should I have learned before moving onto Mirage? I can do: >consistent toe stalls (with/without magic hop) >consistent toe kicks >strong-foot record of 17 in-out atw (can do about 6 consistently) >weak-foot record of 4 in-out atw (can barely do 1 consistently) Moved to Mirage thread --Erik (not...

Inside Kick

I can't get my inside kicks consistent due to the fact that when my foot hits the bag it goes straight up, and because of that I can't alternate feet.

Around/Orbit

In freestyle football this trick is very easy for me, but in freestyle footbag it is harder since you circle differently. My toe stalls (both) are essentially mastered (in a beginner's way; they are consistent and can do 20+ toe-to-toe), but I don't if I should be doing the trick in one movement (li...

Toe Kick

I've just started freestyle footbag today, 3/22/12, and have a Mr. Sandbag. I already do freestyle football (my level is probably between advanced and intermediate), so I figured I would at least be able to toe kicks already, but it's completely different. I can't hit the bag above waist height, so ...
