I run a bit over 1.5 miles in 10 minutes 4 or 5 times a week, working up to 6.
I really enjoy it, and it's certainly helping my game, plus I don't get shin splints any more, and my knees are getting better.

I could hit fairy a little just after I learned pixie, but never consistently, and just gave up, I think my form sucked. Just recently I've had atomic down for a little while and watched one of jorden's vids(the one with lots of records) and had a go at fairy and I could do it and my form is a lot b...

I've been training super hard, just not footbag unfortunately! I've been running, doing some gymnastics strength progressions like planches, front and back levers, and L-hangs, and also doing calasthenics like press ups, pull ups, sit ups, and dips. All of that is to make sure I pass the army physic...

I can 3ball juggle blind, for quite a few throws, the best way I found to practice was sitting cross-legged, so that you don't have to go far to pick up the drops, because you drop a lot.
When I was practising a lot, I could blind 2 ball throwup start, and do several repeats of mills mess.

I feel a bit cheeky, but can I nab an invite from this account for myself?
I promise to use it to send music to share!
Thanks

If you are going to sell these shirts, then you really need permission, but if you are just making one for yourself, I don't see it as a problem at all.
If you are selling them, I think it only right that the person that took the photo gets some compensation, no?
Especially if its footbag.org.

I just don't think you can do the full stretch in shoes, and the heel cup hurts my achilles tendon too, thats all.
A pillow is fine :)

One thing: don't do it before a session, only after. An hour before the session might be okay if you think you need it.

Fairy legover, fairy butterfly and fair same pickup all strong side.
Quantum Butter both sides, quantum legover strongside.
Drifters midstring both sides.

Oh and illusions on weakside, go me. Next stop, flip whirl.

The sit on your feet stretch is good, but don't do it in shoes! It will hurt but only until you can lay your shin and foot in a straight line, and you will eventually be able to. Try PNF stretches in that position to get further down - contract your shin so you are pushing your toes into the floor f...

The ones they have on that site are mesh, and they have colours I haven't seen on ebay too, nice find.

Expensive though, I got mine for about 35 quid inc postage, only in white and green though.

I'm on my second week of running 5 minutes every other day now, next week its up to 10. It has actually made my shred suck a fair bit because my legs are tired. Not hit anything new. Strangely atomic sets are better even though everything else is worse. I had atomsmasher on my foot 3 or 4 times on s...

I've taken up running, so I haven't shredded much, I just want to get my legs used to running for a couple of weeks before I shred hard again.

Hopefully the running will help my fitness level and endurance, and I'll be able to push my game harder, here's hoping.
