What sidekick said was the way it was done at worlds in the past.

Just have the different pools judge each other. For the finals have the players who did not qualify for the finals as judges.

Should work well enough. Just make sure all the players understand how to judge.

Last year there was 20+ badminton fields for net and a large area for freestyle as well as a basketball field sized gym in case of rain. Less than that could get difficult schedulewise.
