i got up to pdx mirage in that combo, and didnt get any further. but it helped. i hit some more ripwalks, and also flip ripwalk. didnt get ripwalk?ripwalk tho. gunna keep trying that later on. i still need to work on flip smear. i'l update this after another session.

what i do, is rotate my ankles all the time. wherever i am, in school, sitting around at home, ect. just spin em around and it kinda streches the muscles. i also bend my foot into clipper position wherever i am and keep it like that for an extened peroid of time. hope that kinda helps.
