I'm sure there are other activities sports you can play pain free for cross training, which still helps your footbag game. I recommend cycling, swimming and slackline. Rock climbing is really fun too; it's technical and problem solving like footbag, but at a much more manageable pace. See if there a...

Nice job. That was one of the goals I didn't reach with my club.

I've have yet to try with Pacman, but my best score for Ms. Pacman is 78,000 or so. I would KILL Henry G for a Ms. Pacman arcade table.

Skateboarding is good for footbag if you learn to ride both ways, not including tricks. I think the balance for skateboarding is closely related to the balance required for clippers.

Just so you know, flat feet are absolutely not something you "get" from anything; posture, walking style or anything else. Also, having flat feet is not in and of itself a bad thing, the problem occurs when you begin leaning toward the inside (under-pronation) or outside (over-pronation or supinati...

I guess I chose my words wrong. I didn't mean to imply that soccer players naturally love footbag. I meant that I assume it's easier for europeans to appreciate footbag from the soccer culture because they are more open to the idea of foot sports, as compared to here where the idea of learning to us...

I think Cameron's figure skating and hockey analogy works really well. I don't think the similarities between net and freestyle are that important to keep them tied together. I don't think freestyle requires net to survive. Net requires a competitive spirit AND the willingness/desire to practice som...

The hard part of the trick is the plant after the set. The reason you want to keep your set low is so you can keep your weight close to the ground to push off the ground for the illusion, AFTER the set. If you make your big push off the ground for the set, the ground won't be close enough to push of...

I think his other clipper has better technique based on my theories, but that's the clipper he's most comfortable with. I'm pretty sure he adopted a sideways stance early on and chose that to be his dominant clipper to mimic Ryan.
