it's not about how high you bring your dexing leg, it's about how fast you can move it directly sideways. the thing about stepping set is that you want to bring your leg to the side, not up high and over, but up a tiny bit and over pretty fast. this will helpyou duck stepping and get clean stepping ...

Pixie ripwalk is a pixie quantum butterfly. I think that Jim Penske hits it in Evan Lovely's CSS 5 video.

it is also listed as e-walk, so is it called e-walk or is it called yoda, or are they interchangeable?

I can't do fairies well either but justin dale gave me a couple tips on doing fairies at sjff this year. I hope i don't slaughter his advice. a lot of people tend to kind of torque their ankles to the side during fairies. this is a no no and a major cause of fairies shooting up at your side instead ...

it's good to have a short list that's easily accessible. Some lists are just way too long because everyone keeps adding moves and pretty soon you have the move list from footbag.org and then some. nice job bringing back the list

i have messed around with a move similar to this one and have made contact downtime and non whirl. It was more like a reverse down double down then a reverse paradon. But i also think about it more as just using your utmost speed then anything else so it was probably sloppy as hell, but I know for a...

I know you said that jim penske hit it a couple days ago in Idaho. I just wanted to say that I witnessed it twice that weekend. Jim has gotten soo much better since sjff. Even though it was only a month ago and he was incredible then, he has gotten sooo much better. Word! check out his video from sj...

This was my first tournament and I couldn't have asked for one that is more fun. I had such a blast kicking until my legs were destroyed each day and meeting all sorts of rad people. Thanks to justin for giving me advise and to all the sick stuff going on around me. Some of the craziest things were ...

Man you have no idea how stoked I am that this is being put back on this year. I tried to go last year and was unable to. I also couldn't go to css5 or worlds. This will actually be my first extravaganza out of montana. II'll be sure to help represent the montana crew to its full extent. For Sure! P...
