that's solid, nice effort.

I always love reading about your new building projects. I guess it's something you wouldn't expect from a footbag blog!

my memory is surprisingly good for the amount of brain cells that I am generally knocking out each day, but I do also keep a diary. Worlds was so sick, it was such a great year this year. Haha, I don't really want to write any more for the year now that I've done my "yearly review"!

In the past couple of years Lotus' game has gone in leaps and bounds. Along with all the hack style tricks he's added in a bunch of sets and tricks like dlo, making the runs have a bunch of variety. I hope to see a Lotus routine at this coming nationals. I always like to play with Lotus as it makes ...

Had a session yesterday, by the lagoon, lots of sweat, same old, same old. Was playing reasonably. I started off really poorly, it see...

came on the stage, bowed to the almost empty seats and gave a signal to DJ to turn on my music and I started. When I finished catching the bag after the final move happiness exploded in my whole body, I raised my arms up in the gesture of victory, people started clapping hands and yelling my name, ...

mmmm, the news here doesn't focus on nsw etc very much...I'm totally out of the loop actually, I haven't seen any of the papers in the last few days. The news up here is that great mix of "cat rescued from tree" mixed with "former resident of local area signs for club such and such" with a little bi...

yeah, we have a hooooooooootttt Christmas. In some places in Australia there are serious bushfires this time of year, but I don't know of any that are out of control at the moment. For my family we generally do a big lunch thing with all the family, it's a lot of seafood and cold meat sort of stuff ...

as a matter of fact it happened again last night. I had the sense to not say anything, to just leave. I swear all the security guards in the world are out to get me. I had a great one hour solo session yesterday, began really strongly with some good warmups (100 kicks, 100 toe stalls, 50 insides, 20...

no footbag today. Walked up a hill called Mt Rooper, pretty great views out to the islands. Hurt my ankle a little bit whilst I was walking over some rocks on the beach. I think it should be fine by the morning though.

I'm strongly considering it. I'm pretty keen on having my return trip when I go to London come back through Dubai, and then I could just pop on over...I think that would be a pretty sweet trip.

Hit smoke (pixie drifter) bs, the flipside is a new trick for me. I actually found it easier to do on the flip than the strongside. Just worki...

played again today, left it a bit late so had to find a spot with decent lighting, which wasn't as easy as it sounds. Fairy paradon was a new addition to my trick list. Today was stressful at work, it was good finishing the day with a shred. I started my day waking up from a crazy dream where I had ...

you got the ducking whirl moves in the second part of your sentence, it's 100% about timing.

I have not actually ever hit paradon bsos. Yesterday was the first time I hit it on my flipside. That's a move that I have let lag behind unfortunately.
