Technically, there are 256 (0-255) shades of grey (black to white and everything in between), and I reckon each would be a different screen.

Spadrick said it best! Expense. When designing a t-shirt logo, or any logo to be printed, each color becomes one screen or layer. For each screen, the printing cost more money, prices depending on who you go through. To crit your logo, the edges could use some cleaning up, and it looks filter heavy....

While I prefer to wear the beanie style cap, there is a type of baseball cap that looks fitted, but the back part actually has a hidden elastic seam. This allows it to stretch and fit any head. Just wanted to say, that's one of my fav types of hats as well.

Wow! that logo is HUGE! Looks like it turned out great, and I can't wait to get mine.

After three entries, I felt it'd be good to help inspire other people by doing a few. Anyway, I had a directory full of css4 and 5 logo concepts that were next used, and the grateful shred inspired me a bit.

Thanks for the great response everyone. I believe the plan is to have these for sale (online) before CSS, to help fund the event, and will likely be for sale at CSS.
