How many stitches per side are your bags?

I tried a 2 stitch today, and it turned out horribly. I gathered the seemingly perfect amount for aesthetics, but the edges where the pents were next to the hexes were very loose, and sometimes the edges of the fabric would slip outside of the bag. What could have gone wrong? My guess is that I gath...

The 60 small hexes could also be triangles, right? Just like the hexes in a 32 panel can be triangles.

How many hexes, pents, and triangles are in a 92 panel footbag?

32 panels #5 and #6. #6 is my first facile bag.

So is a 2 stitch basically like this? - -
And a 3 stitch like this? - - -
If that is correct, then 1 stitch is going through with the needle twice.
Am I correct?

Hey D. , do you not gather your starbags at all? Because The other ones I've seen are a lot different looking. What is the point of gathering anyway, besides the fact that it makes some bags look cooler?

This filler is great. I ordered 4 lbs, and it was a bag about 4 X 8 inches(maybe) It is very heavy (though not as heavy as lead or tungsten) and makes a great bag. I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in making inexpensive, heavy, non-toxic bags. Thanks, Brad!
