Is there a list of current members somewhere? I don't want to nominate someone who's already a member.

I've never nominated a player for the HoF because I have never known which players are eligible. It would be really neat to see a list of players who MEET the current qualifications for HoF but who haven't yet been inducted. Then, players like me would probably be more involved in the process.
My name: Jeremy Mirken, AKA Chocolatey Shatner, AKA jerk enemy rim.

I nominated Daryl Genz this year, because he's done a crazy amount of positive stuff for footbag, and I'd urge anybody else who agrees to put in their own nomination for him as well. :)

Thanks for the update, the list of names really helps with supporting candidates. I voted for two fellows.

I'm encouraging people to nominate Jane Jones for the Footbag Hall of Fame. She has worked tirelessly to promote women's footbag among other things. Please go to http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform ... TVRDTXc6MA and nominate Jane and give a testimonial saying why you think she should be in the Hall of Fame.

Some of her accomplishments
-Toured for 6 months demoing footbag
-Created Shreditas.com and make tons of women's footbag vids
-Promoted women's footbag with a vengeance
-First girl to hit mobius
-Worked for the WFA
-Founded Rain City Shred Footbag Club
-Competed in, volunteered at, and helped organize countless tournaments.
-And more!

Thanks and her footbag.org name is jane@footbag.org

Today, May 30, is your last day to nominate or second a person to the footbag hall of fame. If you havent voted please take a second and nominate a worthy candidate. We have several strong candidates and what looks like a final ballot of 6, but its a tight battle and with a few new votes things could change.
Thanks to everyone who took the time to vote this year. We'll announce the final ballot when it's done.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We have a final ballot.
Congratulations to the following 6 people who have made the final
ballot for the Footbag Hall of Fame class of 2009:

Daryl Genz, Idaho
Jane Jones-Zerbe, Washington
Jack Lentz, Pennsylvania
Justin Sexton, Finland
Carol Wedemeyer, California
Steve Smith, Illinois

All these players have shown the dedication it takes to be considered for Hall of Fame status.
Voting for the final ballot is being done as we speak by the current membership of the Foobag Hall of Fame.
Voting ends June 12, when we will announce the new inductees for the Footbag Hall of Fame 2009.
Congratulations once again to the finalists, and all the nominees.
