I found something very distracting:
Concave Footbag Pads
The drawings speak for themselves. If you read the introductory part of
the patent description, the inventor even makes reference to Rod Lavers
shoes...So it seems the inventor had a knowledge of Freestyle Footbag..
Does anyone have any background on this inventor, Ronald C. Yates of
California? According to this source he applied for a trademark called "Circle Soccer"
with which he apparently wanted to market his concave footbag pads...
The trademark was abandoned though..
