If you come across something that surprises you post it here. Here's mine.

Big Apple was invented in 1992.

Wentletrap (fairy gyro dlo) which apparently means spiral staircase in some language (German?) is also the name of a type of sea snail. Lynton Stephens is really in to collecting sea shells (in fact that's his job now) so must have known this, but always said the word meant the first definition I gave.

Now it would seem the only peeps that still care about BAP would be the ones posting about it 10 years after the fact. Anyway, Ryan Mulroney won worlds in 2002 incase ya never heard.

Well footbag.org still lists Vasek as the winner, as was announced at the time. I'm sure people would have said something if the result was changed. I don't understand what your point is. It would be good if this topic could be one place where people don't post misinformation.

My point is just what I said. Ryan won worlds in 2002. You are right though, .org still says Vasek won. In what kind of world can you go dropless and they declare the winner the guy that let the bag fall to the floor? On a factual note, worlds needs to come back to CA so the best player in the world can drive down to the bay, do his thing for 6 minutes, and pick up his gold medal.

Ok well thanks for letting us know.

To make a somewhat on topic post; the name "Vasek" comes from Vaclav, as I'm sure most people are aware, which is apparently a Czech version of "Wenceslas," as in Good King Wenceslas.

But isn't it fun to debate? I suppose I should be serious and add an actual fact. At Windy city open in 2003 David Grohl rolled by in his tour bus on the way to his concert at UIC Pavillion while i was doin my thang and yelled "That's awesome." I don't think anyone else knew who it was or even noticed except for my brother who was just hanging out watching.
