Thanks guys, I'll update it soonish.

Ted, thanks for the input but this was just intended to be a freestyler headcout. Interesting idea for a fundraiser though.

I just started getting back into playing a couple months ago. I forgot my password for my old account here and my old e-mail, so I made this new account name.
I took a year or two off, but am trying to play at least 3 times a week now. I wish there were more people around my area that were into freestyle. After the initial rush I got from the sport I started losing interest because no one around here plays.

Mushies, where do you live? There might be players near you now.

I'm Dave Soderberg, and I already have you as a friend on facebook Nick. lol, I haven't used this site in a long time.
Since my license got taken away I can't get out of town. Footbag Erie came down to play with me a while ago, but without the License I am screwed when it comes to anywhere that is a distance.
I hear that there are people playing at my college, but they arn't into freestyle at all. I'll work on getting people to play this summer. I'm gonna start playing in public locations and whatnot.

Montana is still shred friendly. Kevin Crowley and Jeremiah Bechard-Somberg are still active freestyle footbag players.

Justin Stephens here in WA plays with us every week(guiltless) and trains like mad on his own. He also plans on going to us open.
I like to play.
I want to play good.

Sorry don't mean to drag up an old thread, but is that really it for Canada? Geez. I would have thought the sport would have grown a bit more from when I was active over 10 years ago, and I don't mean that in a pessimistic way. I guess as an underground alternative sport it might not change much as the years go by unless there is some sort of major breakthrough in publicity. Much similar to skateboarding in the late 70s and early 80s before the 'Bones Brigade' came along and made pro skating a legitimate thing.

In a lot of ways though I think its better as a small underground sport. It makes for a unique community and experience when there are only so many people around the world taking it seriously. That was my thoughts back in the day anyways.

This is a pretty old thread but in case its still active. I've been training regularly for about 6 months (semi-tiltless). I am active on Modified, Facebook, and Instagram. From Missouri, there are no clubs here at the moment. I think its just Cory and I.
