I want to share with you more.

Volume 6 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyD5GUk3vyI
Two hollow back moves and a little groove, i practice toprock from time to time

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MI4jUiRP ... e=youtu.be . Four moves in this one

Two variations of Vol 4. Haven't posted it here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2TUb3vQ4 ... Dv3wwoYTsA

Especially happy with 3rd clip. This one of the first moves i began to learn that's why it is easier to do midstring ( if i can call that small intro a string) . This combo flows good with the music, doesn't it make footbag look more dance'ish? I should have went shuffle instead of that symple whirl

And a clip of Ramil from summer we found the other day!

Lately i have this desire to share these ideas even though there is room for improvement, the combos need to be polished. But i thought the ones who are interested in this concept should see more variations. Lots of potential in this direction i wish to see more people taking part in this, hopefully someday the younger generation of footbaggers will take part in this direction. I'm happy two guys, two friends who learn to shred with me are training their body, preparing it for breakdance elements.

In this way you get your all body parts, all muscles developed and more balance etc. The ultimate workout!
