humans are so much more than rational and reasonable,
human can rationalize the irrational and see patterns where
things are actually random, which is totally unreasonable.

Limiting our explorations to the rational and reasonable is to
severely limit ourselves.

Well what good can come out of explorations of the irrational? I don't get your logic :P

Sure, but we're not talking about "exploring" the irrational, we're talking about believing fairy tales as actual literal truth; we're talking about basing your life and your actions around the irrational. If people want to explore the irrational in the privacy of their own homes that's fine, but it's important to protect the young and the innocent.
