insoles to protect toe players

Post by Guest_1 » 22 Nov 2008 11:55

there are a lot of insoles available, and a lot of people use different ones, but they all have something in common-none really focus on the toes

I stay on my toes when i play. does anyone have any ideas for thick insoles by the toes?

There are gel insoles on the the market that specifically cushion the area around the toe and ball of your feet. All you need to do is insert and stick a thumb tack onto it, and wear whatever preferred insole you have.

I've seen a couple of players do this and I believe they're comfortable with this adjustment.
