Do those alternate Lavers (I've seen them marketed as Winter Grey) have a different material? If they're made of a more abrasive, supple cotton I could see bags sticking to the surfaces better than they do to the canvas ones. I like how they look a lot too.

yea, it's different. I've always gotten mesh just to be safe.
