I was going through some of my place des arts footage from 2 weeks ago and crossed one of my "new" moves.

I think it's a cool move done in an inconventional way and I wanted to share it with my fellow readers.

And nice tripod battle video . I loved it. Did you manage to hit void since the video?
I hope to shred with you again ; maybe at the French champs?

I didn't hit void for a while. I was schooling it that session on the video only. Hit it over a month ago.
I'm schooling drifters a lot right now, once I feel really good with them I'll go back on void.

Not going to french champs, saving my money for next year, I will travel for over a year.

Had a good outdoor session today.
Even tough it was coldish and windy, I managed to hit some stuff.

Some highlights is a 20 contact or so run with a lot of drifters, including 3 consec drifters starting from both sides.

Hit my drifter duck drifter spin rpt drill again

I now clitched that flip pixie ducking. I can do it midstring, got really close to phoenix bsos x 2 (footed 4th one)

pheonix - pdx mirage - rpt , starting from both sides.

can't recall the rest, but I'm looking forward to play tomorrow with better climatic conditions.

had a sess with mathieu today, was good not being alone for once, especially since I was a bit tired.

finally hit assassin - assassin

had a decent string with phoenix bsos and vortex

at the end of the sess I hit phoenix - pdx mirage - pixie weaving buter - pdx mirage - phoenix - pdx mirage - pixie weav drop :(

not too much drifters for today, but I hit my drifter drill again.

edit: forgot also alpine fear, wasn't too hard, took 4 attempts. First 3 where footed too :D

cant recall much of today besides it was an amazing session

so fun to watch Seb play, he barely plays but can still go really long with a lot of variety, and so smooth

I played good for most of the sess, about 4 hours of shred.

Had a scorpions tail midstring for the first time, that felt really good.

Looking forward to play tomorrow at tam tam

Ahhh Tam tam was so much fun today! played for 4hours 30 mins aproximatly.

I can't beleive I got to wait another week to go back. Missing it already.

I hit so much stuff, played pretty well.

Some flip vortex, havent tried that in a while.

I was so exausted at the near end of the session that I was droping because I had no energy left, and couldn't breath anymore.

That's what I get for playing almost every day of the past two weeks. This was the first time I was dropping because of exaustion, but then again, it was some pretty long strings after 4 hours of play.

playing for almost 2 weeks is hard. I played for as many days as I could. But then work got in the way. I only made it to 6 days.

and I know im like a week behind. But I really enjoyed your tripod video. I hope you put out some more videos.

thanks for the kind words!

Today I played with a completely broken body, could'nt hit much, but I managed vortex bsos. In fact, flip vortex has been going better lately, I think I should try to hit my flip midstring more often

Can't wait to play with you at tamtam this summer Augustin!

Today was my first sess in 4 days, but I got to tamtam by bike (around 1 hour)

Took a while to warm up, never got my rythym.

Managed assasin>pixie legover>repeat .. and a run starting with a 10+ contact of pixie shuffle.

So I`ve been using my bike to go to sessions now. This adds 1 hour of bike ride before the session.

Right now it`s really hard for me to try to do a long string, even by reducing tricks difficulty I drop faster then before. But I think this will help in the long run.

Today I was hitting pixie ss drifter and smoke on both sides way easier then before. Worked drifters for a while, then kicked with a random guy.

got 1 contact away from toe drifter>drifter>pdx mirage>repeat

Cool tricks, props Mathieu. It looks like you've reached the break point, and now your endurance and run lenght will go up and beyond! :) I hope we can play some 4 square and shred at Euros, I look forward to seeing your game. Oh, and go for Blurry Torque :)

Thanks Szymon, but I don't think I reached the break point yet.

I"ve been doing a lot of exercise at home for a while, mostly sit-ups.
In the past 2 or three months, I lost about 8 pounds. I would have lost more with a diet, but I gained more muscle.

So I got really sick last weekend, tried to play but was'nt worth trying. Went back home. I was so sick I could barely eat. I lost 8 pounds in the weekend, doubling what I lost in the past 2 or three months.

So today was my first session in almost a week, and the lost weight was really showing, hit some stuff I wanted to hit for a while without too many problems. I'll keep doing exercise at home, hopefully loose another 20 pounds in the next 6 to 10 months, from there I think footbag will be a lot easier.

some stuff today: pixie same drifter bsos
assassin>phoenix both sides, almost bsos , hit my head and droped the last phoenix..
phoenix>pdx torque on first try.

and many long runs I had to stop on since I'm still not 100% energywise.

todays session;
first half was great, then I sucked, then hit some ok strings to finish it.

I had some strings with more then 3 5's and many 4's. I remember a run with alpine fear, assassin, phoenix both sides, gyro dlo. another with ripwalk>torque>pdx whirl midstring.

finally hit my spin/gyro osis combo: osis> gyro osis>spin osis>gyro osis>spin osis>sealed with a run.

could'nt get past 3 consec spinning osis.

Maybe I'll play tonight.

second sess of the day with James the man.

I hit my osis combo again sealed with a run with a bunch of other zooms.
pheonix>pdx torque again
pdx drifter bsos, been a couple of sess's since I tried that, flip pdx drifter felt good tonight,
spin buter>pdx drifter
a lot of torques, I need to learn flip torque... I'm starting to do bigger windows on my torques and I feel much more confident with them.

No more footbag until sunday for me.
