So Fine to kick with dan and james and zeke and reile again all at the same time! Nathan too of course except without the again part. Specially when he helps me strong arm mother effers who try and walk thru the circle. and Brian there too!! Though he finished kicking as I started.
We were all talking and telling stories and I was laughing a bunch. At one point I felt my face (cheeks, chin) and knew they'd be sore from all that laughing, as I've experienced before. I looked around, and noticed everyone had a smile plastered on their face. Good reunion - even with the drizzle. I got pics of the group - will post soon.
Really good kicking too. I know Jamez and Dan aren't peak, but they were pretty consistent. Nathan was tres solid, and I had an on fire day or 2 days. Jamez still seems to throw in blurry drifter in every string, and can hit 3x whirling swirl, and can bail a vortex so low to the ground. SO smooth.
After kicking on the 3rd, Dan and I walked around, and at about 7 we were walking IN michigan avenue. They'd closed down the streets for the crowds, but it was still daylight, and most of the crowd was in Grant Park. We checked out the city from that sweet perspective, all the way down to the river while talking. Very cool to talk to Dan about this and that, girls and music and other stuff, that maybe I couldn't with him a few years back.
CIC insta-memories.

I crashed my car today.
I ran into a truck because I was looking over my shoulder to change lanes and when I turned back to looking forward the truck in front was stopped because slow pokes in front turning right.
No injuries but my avalon rode under the truck and got all smashed. I went from thinking its totalled, to thinking its repairable. To thinking I hope my insurance calls it a total, to remembering I dont have collision coverage
At least I still have my motorcycle and at least I wasnt riding that when I rear ended someone

Well I found my way there even though nobody told me the spot? WTF?
Blame henry.
Hope I dindt ruin anyone's fun
It was great to see Tim after all the years
And I finally saw James in like 6 years
Grant Mooney busted some crazy stuff like blurry dlo bsos ? Reid was rippin it up as usual but +2 on intensity levels. Im bad with names but Zach and ?sorry? from MIch were representing minus GF Smoothie (shout out to Greg) Zach warmed up at a few points and hit some solid runs of difficult moves. I saw (???) bust total insanity in response to one of James runs and he did like 6 quantum moves in a row!! Also a guy showed late from Minnesota and he really had some crazy leggy style moves, when he showed most of us were done but Tom K. was busting out some real smooth runs.
I even had fun and was somewhat succesful at net. I dunno if zeke lowered the net for us or what?
I made it home cramp free thankfully
I bet Im sore tomorrow though.
My fave combo i hit was the old fairy opp osis to inspinning osis. All my moves and combos I can hit are like 6 years old for me tho LOL
I request nobody post pictures of me in boots- I have a full time lawyer/

Great "movie" night, last night y'all. I had forgotten how much fun it was to just hang out with you guys. I can't even remember the last time we chilled together a month apart.
BTW, WTF did we watch?

Funny movie titles if the movie were about poop:
Red
Fast & the Furious
The Green Mile
Children of the Corn
There Will be Blood
