To Jon: You will! Looking forward to meeting you, especially for such a momentous occasion!

Camille, Mike and I are getting together tomorrow, meeting at 2, I think, at the Queen's Park subway station.
I guess I should attempt to get in touch with Taishi, I wanna meet him too!
So many people, I want this summer to rock and meet them all!

Okay, so here's the plan so far.

I e-mailed Taishi, we'll be in touch today, and it looks like he'll be coming this afternoon! Greenwood said too that he'll try and be there.

So as Camille is most likely thinking, this might be an actual shred meet without her acting as Toronto Secretary! A new era in FAT, and I'm glad to be a part of it! Next week there will be more people, more shred, and more fun! YAY! Hahah, anyway, can't wait to update everyone with the day's events later on!

VIDA SHREDITA IS COMING MONTHS EARLIER THAN EXPECTED

Ive been working hard on my game. My body is taking the rap for me. I played on thursday a little bit with some members of the KFM after we hit 420. Then I went home to do errands and ended up playing for a few more hours. My ankles and knees are still throbbing so Ive taken a few days break but I know when I get back at it Im going to break through even more personal records and strengthen my knowledge on the concepts and strings ive been working on.

So, this all being said... Vida's moving to the big city and she is gonna want to shred A LOT

Sweet, can't wait to shred with Vida!

I'm gonna be pimpin the T.O. scene this summer! I just met Taishi and his friend Kazuya, and got to see Mike again for some U of T shred!

Highlights were many, including:

Taishi - Atomsmasher > Atomsmasher, footing Montage a few times, lots of nice Drifters, PS Whirls, and my favourite, Taishi DLO's!

Kazuya - First ever Mirage!

Mike - Some nice clean Osi, and much better consistency than when I saw him in Feb!

Myself - Magellan BS, flip PS Mirage & Symp Pixie, Butterfly > Blur > rpt

All in all, a great shred session, but missing Greenwood... would have been nice to see him, it's been a while! Keep it up everyone, lots of shred still to go this summer!

Damn! Vida shows up right when I'm leaving!

Sweet to see some progression in Toronto shred!! Wish I could have made the downtown session today, but my buddy needed help moving, and it went longer than expected. Made up with a solo session up at York. Not to many highlights, except for a couple mid-string Tomahawks. Also Footed Mullet.....can't wait for that one!!!!

I am officially moving out of my residence tomorrow! Bye-bye York! So that means I'll be back in mid-town, much closer to the shred of Toronto!

So I made my first footbag today. It's posted in the bags & equipment section too, but I thought it was relevant to our little Toronto footbag community. I cut a template out of a pizza box hand-drawn, cut up a couple old t-shirts and collected some sand from outside. Voila.

I'm taking a modified vacation for a bit. I'll still be stopping by once in a while, but I'm about to go treeplanting for a couple months, so footbag won't be in the forefront of my life as it has been recently. Everyone needs to come to the Weed March on May the 6th in Queens park, which is also going to be my "goodbye Troronto" session. I'm taking my lavers up planting with me, but I have a feeling that I wo'nt be progressing as much as I'll be trying to keep what I have. Once I'm back in July, shred will be back in full force!!!!
