Hey guys,
My name's Dave, I'm a recent grad from Skidmore College in upstate NY, living in Boston for the summer working at Brigham and Women's hospital. I'm living in Jamaica Plain and looking to connect with folks for some sessions. My cell number is 603-359-1290. Feel free to shoot me a text or let me know if anyone wants to shred; I'm free after five on most weekdays and weekends.

yo man i just texted you but you picked a good time to blow up the blog as we've been having group shreds at least twice a week. there aren't many active players in boston currently but we've been playing mostly in dorchester, revere beach and tomorrow in beverly, where i live. as long as im not working im down to shred whenever. you should come out if you can i don't know your level of play or anything but BSC is good shit totally down to shred it up and help your game out.

pretty folded watching OKC's funereal so hopefully all that made sense.

unrelated hit quantum eggbeater today.

nyfa was sick with it. maybe do a write up later. short version is i played ok, but had an amazing time hanging out with bruce dole, boats, mikey from ny, screw martin provided some laughs, BEN LITTLE, and especially our NH-Boston transplants, dave and eric. boston repped big time.

Yes! Rumors of the demise of Boston Shred have been greatly exaggerated!

It made me happy to see so many Bean-Towners throwin' down at the NYFA Jam. Thanks for coming.

ya fuck johnny law over there.
my favorite part is how they kept telling us to play on the beach. we should gone over and kicked right by their precious sand sculptures (
http://www.celebrateboston.com/events/r ... stival.htm ) and see if they liked that....
anyway

won races over doug and hogan for 5 totally unique 5s in OS and morpheus
wet dream-porque-run
spinning PSDLO
some other stuff...

real good vibe tho with me, kev, doug, and dave, who turned out to be a real chill dude.

beast mode session with kevin crowley. i dont remember a lot of highlights but it was wicked fun, he has really smooth style and good control and can hit most things bsos. big moves. like f'real dudes such a badass he was drinking my shitty american beer while warming up and playing. i sauced mobius, hit a string with mobscrew on one side and torquescrew on the other, muted schmoeberger-zoid butter midstring, riptide first try...

then we went to whiteys were he *almost* beat me in pool.

solid.

my grandpop in jersey died last night...he inspired my sense of humor, pioneering such gags as waiting for us to come upstairs sitting down in his chair with his cane balanced perfectly on his upper lip like a giant moustache, telling us airplanes were giant metal birds in the sky full of people and birds were actually airplanes, and using the heil hitler salute as an ironic greeting (its ok, he fought in the war), even to us as young kids. im pretty upset about it honestly...the man was a legend and the patriarch of the family for the last 50 years and was someone i related to growing up more than most people in my family.
think im gonna have a solo session after work to clear my head.
