EL
Hello. My name is Brad.
I'm going to try and start playing for exercise. Running is so boring. I haven't kicked since New Years Jam so I expect to be dropping a lot which is saying something because I dropped a lot when I did play often. I'm not interested in hitting huge combos anymore. I'm looking for consistency to get a good work out. So I'll be posting things like string length to keep track and maybe some interesting combos or tricks if they come up. I haven't been very active lately because of school and I've noticed a little gain of weight around my abs. I'm not fat by any means, but it's enough to be annoying. I'm going to make regular trips to the rec center because my schedule for this session is much easier so I have free time. I don't have a footbag yet, but I'm looking to get one soon. I have actually messaged a couple of stitchers. They say they'll work on it and I never hear about it again, haha. Oh well. I'll probably just get a sandbag.
My birthday was a week ago and my sister got me a nice leather bound journal. I find it pretty relaxing to write in so the idea is for this to keep me interested in exercise. Why not just use that? Well, I use it to write ideas and thoughts. Also, it's so nice that I don't want to write just any random junk in it.
So that's the plan. I know Tom has done some interesting things with shred and exercise. I liked the 10 atom smashers<10 pushups or something.
Quantum 02s look cool.

Thanks for the replies!
I don't remember why I named this EL.
I graduated since I started this. I haven't used my degree because my current gig is sweet. I set my own hours working on projects with friends. I even have health insurance.
I started an autobiography of my time in footbag. It was organized chronologically (approximately) by topic. I was inspired after reading I, Asimov. I got bored of the project after 40 pages. I stick to fiction now. I'm just not as versatile as he was.
I'm heading to Seattle in June to visit a friend. I get to play footbag with Justin Dale. Then we're driving back to West Virginia. The only stops planned so far are Yellow Stone, the Badlands, and Chicago to eat pizza with Mr. Kotsakos (All CIC are welcome!). I hope I have time for a session too.
I haven't actually kicked lately. The last time I played, I made a Stephen Barnes one-shot. Let's see . . . Jan 07, 2009. Ouch.
I never lost the weight from my previous post. Not into the whole health thing anymore, at least not consciously. I play basketball when my body tells me it's time to be active. I know what food doesn't agree with me anymore. I like to drink tasty beer.
I've been happy.

Very unlikely! No go on what I talked to you about last week; I signed a 2-year contract at FSPT. I was hesitant about committing myself to Parkersburg, but I did get an iPad and a flexible schedule out of it. I'm just going to build my marketable skills for the time being. After, I'll work as a project management consultant. As for writing, it will be a hobby indefinitely. Maybe a strong work will come out eventually.
I'm going to put on my Nucleus shoes this weekend and do some clippers.
