If anybody wants to post about shred dates, their training, new tricks or whatever ... feel free to post here. If anyone's coming into town be sure to check this thread often

yesterdays highlights.

josh hit blurry whirlx3 midstring, a few tricks in, and another run with at least 30 ripwalks/sidewalks b2b

my only memorable run was about 100 contacts[2 minutes]of tiltless +bops and some of the easier double dexes.

okay so at least this thread has a title . more to come.

Haven't been shredding so much lately, pdx whirl > spinning stressed out the outside of my knee a bit.. When i try that link I think my foot might be coming above my knee.

fun session yesterday, mostly took it easy doing dexless stuff and had a couple monster runs at the end

barfly > barrage, DOD, gyro pickup, paradon, stepping whirl > barfly, pdx whirl and pdx drifter all bsos + 1 midstring blurriest in the same run

pixie op osis > gyro pickup > dod bs

finally managing to phase out the habitual pixie sets from my game (for the most part)

Well I played for the first time since NYJ. Me and Chris hit up the groves by my place. Chris has crap music, I dont know how long my 15 year old cassette tapes can hold out 8O
Right off the bat I planned on keeping it real simple, I am out of shape and out of practice. Neither of us have forgotten how to play though. Chris took it easy for a bit and eventually hit some nice strings ( I kinda tune out when I see too many ripwalks, but I liked the dlos LOL) I took over where I left off last year- longer runs, mixed with 2s,3s, and4 adds.
It was fun but we kept getting stalked by weirdos and Chris has old man syndrome and his back hurt :) I am gonna focus a bit more on exercise in general and see how that works out.

Sorry for the lack of a reply- we arent good enough to play in Chicago yet. You should come out here
Me and Chris played again, the backwards parkers in the forest preserve were out in force. I lacked energy, Chris did well as always. I played some old underground techno tapes from the early nineties :)
Chris was going for some basic stuff for him I guess, like dlo to atom bsos. He did alot of clippers and bops too :) I was lacking energy but hit some moves. Osis- pdx torque first try but missed a seal cause i was surprised, Toe torques bsos, spins down good, ducking ss osis bsos, almost smog- Chris was hitting it bsos easy, and some random stylie stuff. Not bad for the second session of the year :)

Me and Chris shredded again today, in the raquetball courtbecause its cold out. I was pissed off and played crappy accordingly. Right before the shred I opened a letter with a 1000 dollar fine/ threat of driver liscense suspension.
All this over 18 year old village sticker tickets. I used to drive/build fast cars, I had a parts car in my apartment lot and it got a village sticker ticket every day until I bought a sticker for it. I bought the sticker but refused the 600 in fines- I was 18 and broke and the car cost more than that. It ruined my credit for 7 years. Now 18 years later they offer amnesty which = a small reduction/ liscense suspension if you dont give in.
So I was pissed, didnt kick too well. It probably rubbed on Chris, he did basics alot. Im starting to figure out why my clipper is bad but its hard to make my body move the right way. I just hit alot of basic 10-20 contact runs. I tried some butterfly to pdx mirage and hit about 20- 30 contacts first try but they were shaky- I havent been doing that combo. Chris hit long clipper and butterfy drills along with a few better runs. :)
