played with bruce dole, ben little, + waylon lew @ union square

everyone played pretty well, bruce and ben killed it with consistent runs with a lot of unique squeeze moves. waylon hit pheonix, some quantum stuff, and whirl

i footed spining far? simple reverse swirl (start right clipper and try to reverse swirl with right foot). ben caught it but no seal from me.

also hit:
_shooting same reverse whirl
-blurriest
-cool string with a lot of spinning stuff after a zoom

other than that, played pretty sub par
weather was beautiful in nyc
everyone at the park was drunk cuz of saint p day. had some kickers join the circle.
later that night, i played a show with a bunch of my friends bands at big snow buffalo lodge, brooklyn. It was off the chain! i crowd surfed for a whole song

did'nt get to play in nyc with the crew so i had a solo sesh at the tennis courtz

had some nice creative strings

also hit:
 down double down both sides
 gyro legover or spinning legover or mercon (i donts know which is which but i can hit it both ways)
 spinning allusion or gyro allusion (again i donts know which is which but can hit both)
 toe ducking pick up both sides
 paradox dada curve
 ps mirage bsos
 up time dlo (kinda like a shooting set) to fairy same osis (fun combo)
 blurry drifter (tailwip?)

i suck at swirlz, i almost hit toe ducking drifter

Things i have to remind myself to incorporate in strings:
- paradox whirls, fairy-sets, dada curves, simple reverse swirls, drifters, paradons, double downs, gyro mirages, atomic same butterfly.

( i wish i could always remember to hit stuff but my brain dont do that) 8O

cool emotion 8)

B.S.O.S. age 2012

Fun weekend in NYFA footbag!
had a lot of players come thru at different times throughout the day.
players included Tony, Dole, Boats, Ted F., OUtsider, Mikey, Waylon, Drew, Stan (who actually came prepared with lavers and shorts!)

Some highlights included:

 Drew hit a 7 add ( i think it was symp tapping reverse whirling rake) if thats wrong, drew please correct it.
 Dole hit diving osis
 Outsider was killing it! I think a combo he hit was Swirl, Whirl, Drifter repeat x 2. Had a lot of other really solid combos/drills
 I have to give it up for Stan who hasnt played for two years. he hit symp flurry!, Gyro DLO, and some nice shuffling (He's still got it)
 I hit butter-symp-reverse-swirl, ripwalk>paradox drifter, toe-ducking-sympl-reverse-swirl, 2 mobi, I scored a goal on Waylon trying to hit scorpions tail (Closest i got to this), i was also close to ducking dyno

Solid! footbag is some ill stuff. Props to everyone that came out. Shoutout to Boston. Carson Daily, please play some Pavement on TRL.

Cinco de Drewski was an awesome time!

may 5th we played up at Sleepy Hallow on some track. Shreders included Drew, Tony G, Bruce, John Goode, Matt X, Ted, and Mikey.

 Matt hit pixie quantum butter, and a food BSOS in the same string.
 Mikey hit drifter drifter in pants
 Watching john hit fearless links. This guys vortex's are so tight!

some of my highlights include:
 p-whirl BSOS
 ripwalk b2b
 sidewalk>blur>legbeater (first time doing three shuffley things)
:!:  Atomic clipper>Matador (wasent expecting that one)
 atomic same legover (inspired by john goode)

(in a previous session drew hit a big boy drill, correct me if im wrong drew but bedwetter>parradon repeat. Yea drew! Mikey also hit a spinning whirl and paradox torque in a previous session wtf! this kids gunna blow up)

Drew's birthday party went on after shred. It included a performance by matt X, (with a few nice stand in musicians including a sax, and chello) sounded awesome! Lost Boy played elextrix guitar and sang without a band, and I had a short set.

Drew hit open a pinata and started throwing candy up at everyone on his balcony. i managed to throw some cups and candy back.

Dubstep party after party with psyched visuals from ben cooke on a dream catcher after driving back to brooklyn.

SUNDay HIGHlights

 blink > paradon
 quantum mirage > simple reverse swirl
 ducking paradox mirage > toe ducking whirl
 Hit my cleanest spinning whirl ever
 ripwalk > drifter > spinning paradox mirage

i had tripwalk>superfly on my foot.

"Cool combos of our lives" woosha woossshhha
-Ben Cooke hit zulu osis>vortex

yolo!

 simple reverse swirl>ripwalk
 8) gyro-symple-reverse-swirl
 butter-symple-reverse-swirl
 p-torque
 toe>symple swirl
 stepping pick up>pixie same clip>p-whirl
 step same mirage>terrage>leg beater
 mobius
 far symple reverse swirl
 long string and ended it with blurriest
 gyro mirage>torque
 ended the day with GYBAS

i also tried these moves but couldnt hit them: spin dlo, toe flurry, ducking dlo, gyro dlo
