It's cutting out a piece from just under your ankle-sticky-outy-bone on the inside of your laver. it is to increase ankle crankle.

I have flat clippers with and without it, try it if you want.

Wow,first shred in like a week. Went just fucking fantastic. Not,fuck when I try to set from flip,my right foot always bend at like a 45 degree angle and comes close to my left foot. Not allowing me to do any flip in to out dexes at all. Also fucks up my left side toe stalls. Left side is my flipside. So yah I am really pissed about that. I feel like just leaving it all and be done with it.

If anyone has tips on the stance problem, please post. I have also tried putting the legs like proper way,but that feels weird as hell, just cause I kinda stand weird when I just stand around.

Later,
Shaun.

Day was cool today shreded for like 30 mins, just practiced. New strongside toe stall record 30. I don't practice consecutives alot, I think I should.

Spent $60 today,I hope to maybe get some 520's for x-mas. I am also gonna start saving up for an Ipod mini. $350 Canadian not including shipping.

Sorry for being a complete asshole to anyone on the forums. I really need to thank you guys for giving me tips and advice when I needed them. Thanks

Later,
Shaun.

Hey, everyone. So everything has been going great lately. I got 2 new pairs of Adidas Clima Cool Shorts and a water bottle for $50, but my mom made my a deal so I only had to pay $20, so that's good. Better then my other shorts, about 3 inches above the top of the knee and not as baggy.

I figured out what was wrong with my flipside in to out dexes today. It was that I was not planting my setting foot fast enough. So that is good, and with finding that out I got close to flipside mirage a few times. Also got 39 consecutive strong side toe stalls today. I try every session to beat the record, and I usually beat it by atleast 3. I have been happy with my game lately. Need to school alot this week, which will be good with another good shred spot I found. It is just down the back alley from me, there is a church, and it is shaped like a u. So in the back its like all cement, it's a great spot to shred, its secluded and shaded and just really nice. Also bought a headband after the session, so hopefully that will help the crazy sweating I do.

I also decided to buy a guitar and amp instead of an ipod mini. And I hope to either start taking lessons or teach myself. Also spent $200 in one week which is alright. I spend my money so fast now that I have a good flow of it coming in. But for $200 I got:

6 Cds
2 Dvds
2 pairs of shorts
1 Water bottle
Tennis Racket and tennis balls
Other stuff like bracelets and some sticker.
Headband

Alright so I am really happy with todays shred. Lasted about an hour and a half and I hit lots of stuff that I thought was neat.

pixie ss inside stall
pixie ss inside stall>walkover
pixie ss inside stall>wrap
reverse wrap>toe stall>in atw>pixie ss inside stall
in atw>in atw>in atw>pixie ss inside stall walkover

I felt really good after this shred, body felt geat and I am in the best shape I have ever been in.

I find it alright,I have my lavers laced like a normal shoe, so they don't feel any looser. It helps me crank a little bit flatter, also makes the cranking motion easier to do.

nice work on the pixies! I like your stylie strings too. Try pixie op inside > out atw (delayed on inside).

Lots of new stuff in only a 1 and a hlaf hour shred.

Pixie toe stall (don't know why I haven't hit them before)
Pixie outside stall
Pixie Op Flying Clipper (A new 3 add!!)
Pixie Op Inside stall

Got close to:
dimwalk
smear.

Runs:

pixie ss inside stall>walkover>reverse wrap>walkover>reverse wrap
pixie toe stall>op legover

As you can see I really like pixies, do to the fact that I schooled in atws for so long. They come so fricking easy to me now. I am so happy with my shred in the past two days. I am gonna take tommorow off, so that I can hopefully shred for 2 or more hours on Friday.

Later,
Shaun.

what's your flipside pixie set like? You'll find it much easier to learn both sides at the same time than one side and then the other!

Won that, yay, now I can look like Tom.

Haven't shreded lately, I will on Tuesday though get out at noon. Sucks alot, we got like 2 feet of snow in two days. Started at like 1 on Saturday morning, and basically didn't stop. I was just getting to really like shredding outside during autum. Oh well, indoor shreds for like the next 6 months. Also did the tube spacer mod on my laces, toe looks alittle bit bigger not much.

Ok, made a training schedule. My atws feel really good now, strong side out ones are getting better and better. On my flipside I had in atw off my foot atleast a dozen times. I hit like 5 flip out atws I was so happy on that, first atw move on flipside. Also had it off my foot lots. Mirages are getting closer and closer.
