Feb 16 2010 - Fitness Gym Session

Since I registered with my local fitness gym, I now have a decent spot
to play during winter within 5 minutes from my home. It's great!

I'm in the process of losing weight, so I'm mainly working on my basics.

My control is getting better. Thanks to Erik Chan for his great bag!

Shred music at the moment: Them Crooked Vultures and Shpongle.

Munich club fellas: Is there anybody out there?

Here's a clip from my session a couple of days ago.

Nothing special, all basics. Just my current state of play, mainly
focusing on balance and control right now, and getting back in
shape.

April 12, 2010 - Fitness Gym Session

Another session in my local gym.

Played with G-Units today. They make my game sloppier,
but clipper and osis catch are improved 500 %

Flip DLO is developing. Did 6 alternating clip set DLO's with clippers inbetween. Was happy about that.

Also hit a couple of toe drifters. Didn't hurt my knee. Might incorporate them into my game again. They need lots of work though.

Stamina is still weak.

Hope to play with the gang outside again soon.[/b]

How's life? Björn check your e-mails. I want to buy one of your Munich Footbag DVDs !!!

@ all
This year I only shreded once so far. But I want to play more often when the weather gets better. Footbag feels great as crosstraining to running. I started running (10 km) more seriously beginning of 2009.

great news indeed !

@all: like max i also found a new sport that kinda that dethroned
footbag in terms of dedication.

but i would love to use the crosstraining metaphor as a lever
to lure myself back into shredding - i simply worked too hard
at it and had been given so much joy from the world of footbag
to just let it go like that :D
