little break-between-studies shred. stalking (bad) shred habits,
i practised gyro and found out that i suck, realized that i should
do less whirls on my left and more sidewalks on my right.
small progress on consecutive drifters.

butter>side rpt - i never got that one when i practised stepping back
in the d-day, now after working on my infinities, i hit it first try and
sealed it with a decent string

some tripless: tapdown>ducking butter>barfly and toe blur>atom>dod

fuck highlights anyway, at least at my level - i'm more interested
in economic, effortless, pleasing do watch shred and rhythm when
i play.

I like that last sentence. Word.

I plan a little comeback on Monday, Oct. 12 in the gym at Grafingerstr.

I hope to see you all!

I guess I'll be there from 18:00 on open end.

It's time to get back into shape again!

Now that is some fantastic news, daddy o ! i got a nasty test the day after,
but a man has to have priorities  so i will be joining you fo sho !!!!

had a little session today. pick up orientated tiltless orgies, a lot of whirls,
bops, drifters and ducks. some sets too, notably flip pixie, and double dexes, dlos.
some good runs by that i mean that they were less predictable and all
15+ :D

Hello munich crew!

on a short notice:

I am meeting old friends this weekend at Oktoberfest!

I am arriving friday night and saturday is dedicated to enjoy a smelly loud tent with bad music ;D , so do you have any sessions planned on sunday?? Or is anyone up for shred? My train leaves sunday at 17:48 München Hauptbahnhof - would be awesome to see some of you guys (and gals) this weekend.

Hey Daryl!

Sorry man, tomorrow is my only chance to come.

Daryl, let your today's training schedule be learn>study>rpt
and find 2-3 hours tomorrow!

Then again, I know how it is - 2 weeks ago I had my Zwischen-
prüfung I was shoulder-deep in the matter..

What's up with Max and Bea? Can't reach them, neither per
e-mail nor per SMS...

Toby, we missed you!

Yesterday's gym session was great - the first one for me in nearly 2 years. Bea showed up, later Max and Benni joined. Awesome!

We played with Bea's Tinabag, and now I know the source of my imbalance - my bag! It's just too worn out. With the Tinabag, I had total control! It was so much fun.

Too bad Toby and Daryl weren't there.

At the end of the session I went for my alltime favourite move - Mobius.

I came close 2 times... :)

cool thing - my sport teacher at vocational school allowed me to play
footbag during sport class. Now I get a regular chance to play! (it's only
very 2 weeks. but still)

Today I had to good moments - I had a couple of stepping set that
were totally easy, with much less effort than usually. It seems I found
the right way to do it finally - I have to school this.

Also, I had a couple of really controlled spinning clippers on my strong
side - I think I'm beginning to understand the concept more thanks to
a good tip from Bea (the one with keeping the feet on the ground and
turning on the spot)

Yay!

HELP BJOERN GET A NEW BAG!!!

I've been playing with the same IljaBag for over 4 years now. It's totally
wasted and a Krampf to play with. That's why I'm doing this fundraiser:

THE MUNICH FOOTBAG ANTHOLOGY DVD

- 2 DVD- Box-Set including a cover: Contains the Anthology and the Footjam05 Documentary!
- Lots of menues
- More than 2 hours of footage
- All crew shred videos
- All Player Specials
- Lots of Tournament footage
- Bonus Clips you may have never seen before
- Picture Gallery with more than 70 pictures from over 5 years
- Most Videos in excellent never-seen-before-quality

Basically, the DVD encompasses almost everything Footbag in Munich
for the last 7 years (!)

I'm selling the double-DVD set for 12€. I've put a lot of time into this!

If you're interested, please pm me.

Shred on,

Bjoern

If I have time to stitch, would you trade a DVD for a hacky? :D I wanted to make you guys bags when I was there, but I just never stitch anymore. Also, did you ever make that video from when I was there that one day? Is it on the DVD??
