Dang, looks like I missed y'all last night. I got a little lost and didn't end up finding the olympic swimming pool until 20:30 or so. Munich is a cool city, however. I really enjoyed my time here, and will certainly be back someday. Keep up the shred and maybe I'll meet y'all at the next Worlds.

shit. but as you said, there is always a next time/chance/event

yo dudes ! what is up ? i really like that Toby wants to get back into it,
good call, I'd say. and good timing too. I would like to get back into shredding now, before skating takes over completely...

what about a jour fixe, like we used to have ? Its nice to know
a fixed time/place were one has a good chance of running into
some sxey shredders. Who's down for the traditional wednesday
around 20:00 ?

peace

The weekly thursday session in Copenhagen (called Thursday Party/Torsdags Fest) is really what keeps the scene in Copenhagen alive.
I still haven't been there after I moved to Copenhagen.
What i am trying to say is I think it's a good idea.
@ Daryl: Jazz? Send me a message if you have talked with your mom or we will just bump into each on Gesichtsbuch.

Kevin - as far as I know there are no weekly sessions at the moment.
Everything is very loose and spontaneous right now I guess - everybody
in the club is busy with their lives...

I played today! In my Tiefgarage...

First session with my brand new Muffinman Hybrid Bag!

The bag is super awesome. It's brand new and already totally
broken in - Amaretta is such a cool fabric.

I played waaay better. Control is superb, the bag has optimum weight.

I hit some nice stuff like Spin Clip>Spin Clip, Spin Osis etc.

Footbag is so much easier with this bag :) I love it.

what Erik said...

in other news, i will go out and fukken shred tomorrow nite,
trying to re-establish some sort of training structure.
that said i strongly hope that i wont be shreddin alone -
out of the twenty times that i've played during the last 15 months
i mostly kicked it solo, which kinda killed my motivation.

so pleeeeaaase come out y'all, and if its not happening this
wednesday, there will be plenty more to come

in short : BE AT THE OLYPIA INDOOR POOL FOR 20:00 PLZ :P

lotsa love,

d

same old same old - still killin it alone

but it was fun to play anyways, i can still hit most of my stuff,
sometimes i took me a few tries tho. guiltless runs in the teens
with lots of different stuff (not like bevier of course, but you know
what i mean...) and bsos being my middle name.

if i'm honest, i like skating waaay better than footbag - for when i
shred, i can get really worked up, if i miss trix n shit. in footbag,
i'm far too goal orientated, i treat it almost like a job where i have
to meet goals and deadlines - some "style", but no "free". maby playing
with the danish crew could change that...
when i skate, i feel and act way differently; and when i hit some, there
is no nasty part in my system yearning for props - i hit it, ride away,
wondering that i'm still alive

in that vein, i hit a nu combo: butter>whirl>pdx dlo>rpt

yo ! thanx y'all for that nice session on thursady - it was great, just like old times . in terms of having fun, that is. skillwise, we were all quite rusty to say the least, but not all the way: Bea was flowing, Max did some nice long combos. i also liked the spontaneity and the ghetto set up : we werent allowed into the indoor pool place, so we just took it to an underground station and killed it there

lets do some damage again next week ? thursday again maby ? and this time bloody stefan raab wont get into our way again !

pixie paradon is a dope trick, period

oh, and before i forget - i did a boned ollie down a decent 3 set :P
