Yeh, I really wanna try this too, I've never timed mine.
But I feel like I'm at a huge disadvantage never soloing. I'm gonna see how quickly I can get it done today in a 3-man session. Will really push every run for 100 and see if it's possible! 25 is the time to beat!

finally bsos fog!
and a couple drills, one gyro whirl is not really good but I realized once I was back home!

Got to miss east coast, last minute thing, I had a good routine planned and was nailing it pretty good, until another time I guess, I filmed it so I can remember it when the time comes at least!

Props on fog BSOS (and almost bedwetter BSOS same run!)
Also nice on tomahawk > pdx drifter repeat.

Do you have benefits for massage or physio?
I max out my benefits coverage every year, and it's soo helpful. I've just started physio for my back and it's amazing if you find the right person. Good luck with the pain.

Had a massage last night from Dom ( a net player who is a massotherapist )

Did some good, less pain now

also got 20x20x20 today for first time
20 runs 20 contacts under 20 mins (19min30) is my new record! can do much better I believe, but the goal was just to break 20 mins, that's a lot of calories burned in such a short time I believe !

Oooohh. Now can you do 20 sessions of 20x20 under 20 minutes? 8O
I had a massage today too. Amazing.
Good point on the calories burned! That's a good goal just for the workout alone... That's more of a motivator for me. Will keep in mind...

pretty sure no shred for another week, my back is killing me and I'm on vacation with daugther on a road trip

I played with Kevin Hogan in Salem but I regret doing it, but whatever it was worth it and even tough pain removed some of my skills, I did pretty good overall. Kevin is really at a whole new level, he impresses me how he progresses with time

Have you considered physio? Do you have benefits with your work? (What is your work?)
I started physio for my back recently because that has been my longest-lasting injury that prevents me from playing the most.

I've done physio in the past for other injuries, sciatic is a recurring problem but I found many exercices to strengthen and not have this issue happen again.

No real sess yet, but I did air shred a lot of flip motions and I got blurry whirl - motion both sides, new link for both!

And this happened for kicking for like 10 mins in the past 3 weeks (in the past days actually)

Looking forward to playing some sessions soon because we are leaving for switzerland august 1 to 25, maybe shred with some swiss!

first real sess, only 30 mins and I was sweating like a pig and could not do more then 20 tricks.
lot of mosquitoes and I was dead tired on my defense.

hmm only played for getting back in shape after close to 1 month away. will play more regularly now, feeling good.

I got motion bsos (both midstring) not starting on flip, both after 10+ contact, felt good!

Nice, Mathieu!
Which is the dream trick? Motion sickness?
Also props on the motions midstring. Those are tough for me too. Something I want to work on, but yours always look so good!

motion sickness is not the trick, I've been hitting it for 10 years I think :)

The trick can be found here

just got back home from switzerland

I got the priviledge to play with marco hartig in frankfurt while we went to bembel cup

and also, shirine daouk, sylwan daouk, and ra'san the inventor of eclipse, this guy is in footbag since 25+ years had lots of fun

also played 2 net games with the pieds a gilles, fun times

sadly I missed the zurich crew (tina crew) and flavio

I hit some new tricks:
zulu warrior
stepping diving mirage
footed leviathan

Nice tricks!!
Also cool about the inventor of eclipse. But I would've thought that trick would be much older than 25 years! I'm sure I've seen it in videos older than 25 years. Hmmmm.

i said 25+, it's probably in the 35s to be exact I know he played in the 80's

He was not credited for eclipse because the 'known' inventor stole it from him and named it, but they are ok with it and talked about it before fun story

He called it a flying hopover before it was named eclipse!
