This is my first blog thing. im pretty new to this sport.my friend john(jbalexdarkelf) came to my house and helped me register for this site. Were the only 2 in town that know about this site. we plan on starting a club to meet at my church. we have spent the day shreding (i wasnt really shreadin it was more like my birth, there was just a whole lot of flailling around. i worked on some stalls John did his best to teach me. all in all today was preety cool.

yeah what you're experiencing is what I have fondly called The Hacky Sense. Much like the force in Star Wars, it is an energy (aura) that is developed and nourished in all footbaggers. It bonds you with your footbag and you can tell what it'll do next, how high it is, how fast it's going, and how fast you should move.

. . . . or you're just getting more comfortable with the movements. . My way seems more dramatic and exciting though.

ethan guard your nike sandbag with your life. a friken redneck roofed mine. so when you see one put it up and dont let them see your footbag. it will be the end of it forever. :[ :cry: :cry:

you should go to footbag.org and check out the trick tips there but I can tell you that I personally learned them real well by "jumping into them" after a nice set. It'll get your leg to remember where to position the foot more and more and then soon you won't really have to bounce as high. Little by little the bag will just be cushioned and you'll be like, "woah. That was. . easy." or something to that degree. Hope that helps. PEACE.
