Post by ShredOnLawn » 26 Mar 2005 21:42

:P I hit a Fairy Cross Body Heel Stall today for my first time.

A week ago I hit 6 Nemesis on my first try(Under Water)

My name is Lon Skyler Smith.

I live in Grass Valley, Northern California at 2,500 Feet,Population 15,000

I work at an Organic Health Foods Grocery Market and Restaurant.

I've been Hackysacking every day since I started High School in 1993.

 Now I'm Buying and Selling Rod Laver's.

I'm recovering from a Knee Injury(from Ducking PS Whirl) by taking joint health supplements and by shadowhacking underwater shreds.

I am on a road trip in L.A. at Sam Colcough's house right now filming Freestyle Reality.

Happy Easter Hacking Everyone.
:P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P

Go Lon! I learned most of the tricks I know practicing in the pool, I couldn't think of a better rehab if I tried.

I hope you get to catch a glimpse of your fan base through reply's to your blog, even though thats not really what its for, but I don't think you plan on posting about too many sessions for a while.

Long live Liquid Lon :D

Good job, I knew your could hit more than 10 para torques. 12 is great for injured, are you going to try to break that later on if you get better?

And I'm not 100% on this, but good job with your world record of paradon rakes. I should try those.

I played today to Test out my knee's strenth.

Knee is recovering quickly now. I'm excited.

Today at work a girl wants me to be here special guest for school 4th grade.

Now I'm writing my Resume/Bio/Credentials for Mr. Bo Jangles .com to hook me up with free advertising for school assemble's, party's, etc...

I've only done four shows and only once alone. But it should be fun and easy.

I guess I'll charge $80 or should I charge $100?

I find it interesting that you are getting such awesome results for your knee by taking these supplements. I took Triflex (glucosomine, chondrotin, and MSN) and Fish Oil pills for 2 months or so, 3 times a day and didn't really get too much out of it. In fact, I don't know if it did anything. I'm thinking about taking courses in the Alexander technique and see if that helps.
