Tips for Juggling 3 Bags
- flex your ankles up so your foot and leg form a 90 degree angle (roughly)
- keep both ankles flexed like this the entire time you are juggling
- raise the foot as if you are riding a really tall bicycle backwards
- lower the foot as if you are riding a really tall bicycle forwards
- always plant HEEL first
- slow the lowering of the foot before you plant so the bag doesn't bounce off
- TOE WALLS are a must!
- when setting each bag, try to give it a FRONT SPIN
- set each bag up and with a slight arc rather than too much diagonal direction
- practice with bigger bags that fill more of your toe box
- don't lean forward too much
- set about neck/head height
- lift the knee as soon as possible so you can control where you'll set the bag
Good luck.

I did my first juggling yesterday, 4 contacts ! .
I just have one little question. When I juggle the 3 bags I seem to leave my feet out of sight and I do blind toe stalls.
Should i try to lower my sight or it is good like in hand juggling, when you look at the spot where you want the ball to end?
thanks

I've been watching a LOT of routines on youtube lately, and I'm kind of getting sick of seeing the whole two bag juggle thing in the middle of the routine. I mean, it's not like it's not hard, but it's just becoming too overdone, and it's not being very creative. It'd be awesome to see someone juggle three bags in a routine, even if they mess up.
I totally agree, except I do two bag in my routines anyway because the non-footbag audience really loves it, not so many people do it in Australian comps, and it's a good breather.gMoney wrote:I've been watching a LOT of routines on youtube lately, and I'm kind of getting sick of seeing the whole two bag juggle thing in the middle of the routine. Regarding 3 bag juggling, I am very average at this, but can get a few contacts and the two things that helped me most was really schooling flipside 2 bag juggling and 2 bag 2 feet (columns I guess) juggling. This probably goes without saying. Oh, also I have no toe walls on my shoes, but I don't feel like it makes any difference at all. My mistakes are always with the sets, not catching the bag.
