Clipper, barefoot

Post by aweiksnar » 12 Feb 2006 10:51

Is there a certain trick to hitting clipper stalls barefoot, or does it just depend on how your foot is shaped?

you have to try and catch it in that little area near where your heel and your ankle meet towards the back of your foot. Thats the best way for me to explain it without a picture.

Try doing some and then do them in Lavers...

They say that you can learn Footbag even if you wear Lavers!

What Troyson said.
OR
at least Tuomas Riisalo has a bad-ass ankle crank, and his barefoot clippers are almost flappers.

For barefoot clippers you need to land it below the bump where your ankle is connected to your foot.

Just cushion it as normal, but use more support leg bend. Then pop it straight back up.

Yep, just stall it on the side of your heel. It's not too hard to learn to delay it this way, but it's pretty difficult to learn to set out of it. With the bag delayed so far back on your foot, you will set it into your hip a lot. Just practice it though and you'll get the hang.

Yeh, thats true.

When i do barefoot clippers I have to jump back after I set it up to get the next trick.

I don't wanna get into bad habbits of setting forwards.
