Stepulous

Stepulous
SET > TOE [DEL] > PENDULUM [BOD] > OP IN [DEX] >>

When I try stepulous set the bag tends to either end up hitting my hip or flies out sideways. Any suggestions on getting the set straighter and more height would be greatly sppreciated :D

do consecutive pendulous sets. Do them over and over and over and over. Become more comfortable with those and stepulous becomes easy. It's a matter of getting the set xbody first then dexing the bag with a miraging/stepping motion.

Don't pull them through, it's ugly (really fun! ) and isn't correct. Nice clean set>dex>.....

Seriously though, practice the hell out of pendulous
