When I Smoke Pot before a session i play incredibly. I mean, i am Polish so i have a strong game already, but if im buzzin there is only one thing on my mind, amazing footbag. Of course foobag is synonymous with amazing. So is weed. Of course not everybody can play if influenced, however some people will embrace the ganga. This allows a person to see the world differently. Because you see through a different perspective yo9u will play from a different perspective and enhance the possibility of creation. Yeah i misspelled you.

I enjoy getting high before I shred. We usually play infront of people downtown - being high lets me concentrate on the footbag rather than the people watching me play... it builds my confidence and lets me relax.

I have had some horrible sessions while stoned - I'll get lazy and be totally off my game. But other times I impress myself... like my sesh today - I got Little Apple and Big Apple in the same run after smoking like 6+ bowls with my roommates : )

And yes, when I stop smoking for a week or so - I do notice my endurance goes through the roof!

I like styling high as much as I like styling sober - it just depends what kind of session I want to have that particualr day.

Smoke the Herb and play!

I used to smoke on occassion. Sometimes it would just slow me down, other times it charged me up. Depends on my mood to start with. It deffinately helped me in stitching though.

About olympians never using marijuana to improve skills, what about during the 1998 winter olympics, where Canadian snowboarder Ross Rebagliati had traces of marijuana in his system? It seems like he used it to improve his abilities because he won Gold!

That's a really stupid argument Andrew.

Most likely there was just some weed smoked at a party he was at or something and that is enough to be detected.

Alot of the posts in this thread are really stupid and dellusional.

OBVIOUSLY it doesn't make ANYTHING significantly easier (this coming from a raging stoner, so don't call me out on not knowing my shit) but it's a nice additive to an otherwise normal day.

People should quit trying to convince themselves that weed is making anything considerably better. It's nice getting high.. that's about it.

Also, shredding a few hours after getting high kinda sucks ass sometimes.

I have nothing against getting high, I am just saying there is no need to lie to yourself that it is some magical benefit.

people will always try to come up with more reasons for why they like something. whether it be weed, cocaine, cigarettes, prostitutes, or food (i know you love my comparisons). lets face it... people like pleasure. why does it have to be more complicated than being high?

Sorry if I offended you Mosher, I was just brining that up b/c a while back in this thread some one mentioned that no olympians ever won a gold medal using marijuana. Probably true that someone else was smoking pot at a house party that he attended.

I do agree with you that it is a nice ADDITIVE to an otherwise normal day and does not make you better at anything. But I do feel it helps me to sit there and just stitch for hours on end. It may not help me stitch better, but it helps me sit there and not get side tracked.
