Kicked myself in the face when practising pixie ducking - that was at least over a year ago.

edit: a couple of months after first starting footbag I was doing a pendulum, my support foot slipped and I fell over to my stomach and face. End of that session. :)

I have footage of myself kneeing my mouth trying an overly huge flip toe barrage last year. there were two bloody indents in my knee from my two front teeth

I've smoked bud before almost every session (until recently). Can't remember what I hit though

Neo ducking, atomic ducking, quantum ducking, pinch/squeeze set ducking...

I don't know how many times I've kneed/kicked myself in the face.

wow. Kneed yourself in the face doing ATW, that's gotta be a new record! ;) I've done it fairy ducking before. Usually in thóse scenarios it's a case of over extending yourself, school your basics :) ;)

What I don't understand is how your knee gets that high doing an ATW?

Totally. I would understand consecutive DATWs, TATW, or Terrage, but regular ATWs don't consitute knee-to-the-face attacks.

I remember someone (probably my brother) kicking themselves in the testicles one time. An important lesson why every shred session needs to be filmed.

i did something similar to the one above...i was going for DATW a long time ago and i accidently drilled the bag with the bag of my heel on my second dex, shooting the tiny, roughly 50 gram cannonball directly into my testicles, ending the session early.

I kicked myself in the balls trying some trick (I forgot what it was now, it doesn't matter anymore) that I shouldn't have been trying.
