I go to Temple University and last night I played with some people in front of their dorms. We played from 9:00 to almost 1 in the morning. I was pushing myself the entire time, and needless to say I woke of this morning and felt like I got hit by a train. Every muscle in my body was super soar, because I had not played for that long, nor pushed myself that hard for a while. The weird part was that I had a lot of soarness in my arms. I learned that I stiffen my right arm every time I hit certain moves, and I guess I was doing them a lot last night. I have never experienced this and need to change my style I think.
