Wouldn't we all. That ish is hard man.

So tonight I spent about 45 minutes going insane trying to hit an old Kevin Crowley challenge. Thankfully, I hit it...so I'll never have to do it again. Surprisingly difficult drill:

I've been coming real close lately to vortex-pdx drifter-drifter rpt challenge. I'll try and get it this week.

Here's an old challenge I'd hit before, which I was surprised to hit today (I wasn't going for it or practicing it or anything):

I also hit my first beast combo yesterday, which was another longtime goal.

Thanks guys. I've decided that my goal for the next few months should be to get my stamina up and train for routines, so I'm going to put challenges on hold for a while.

After reading this one, I've had some close looks at this. It's surprisingly hard!

Anyway, here's one old challenge I was surprised to hit pretty easily:

My strong vortex felt particularly solid tonight, so I decided to try for a bunch of spinning combos out of it. Not all of these are new for me, but even the combos I'd hit before felt particularly good today.

And while it's not a footbag challenge, when I moved to Denver a couple months ago, I challenged myself to try and get ten consecutive free throws in a row at some point. Before tonight, my record was seven. Tonight, I got ten in a row! And then a few tries later, I did it again! I felt like Steve Nash!

Old Reid challenge, from the top of the page:

Erik Chan wrote:Ken, I think a great drill to learn spinning is the ducking clipper >spinning clipper [repeat] drill where each rotation of drill you add another spinning clipper each side.

I challenge you to get up to at least 5 spinning clippers of this drill (both sides). So... 40 contacts. If not, at LEAST to 4s (28 contacts)
Got to fours, then ran out of space.

Some new records I challenged myself to:
*20 Gyro clippers
*16 Strong spinning clippers
*10 Flip spinning clippers

The gym was abandoned tonight, and I had my camera with me, so I figured I'd take some video of me shooting free throws, just for fun:
